Our preferred acquisition targets include shopping centers, office buildings and hotels located in primary and secondary markets in the Northeast corridor. We are a privately held, long term investor with the flexibility, resources and patience to realize a property’s highest and best use. Consequently, we will consider assets subject to an existing mortgage that may require a large equity infusion, properties with substantial vacancies, sublet space or an impending large lease expiration, and properties subject to ground leases.
